what`s included in the course

 

  • Every Monday, the weeks´ Self-Study Videos are released on your course platform.

    Each module includes 2-3 short videos introducing the content, giving you tipps, introducing tools and techniques to try.

    The videos are kept to 10 - 15mins max. so you can make sure to fit them into your busy life abroad.

  • In addition to the Self-Study Videos, you will receive a workbook for every module with useful tools, techniques and tipps.

    Each module comes with a Tapping Script tailored to the particular topic, so you can create real, lasting change, working with your mind and heart.

  • At the end of every week, you get a live group Q&A Call with me, where I will answer your questions, provide additional tipps and give you an opportunity to connect with fellow expats on the course.

    All calls will be recorded, so if you can't make it live, you can easily catch the replay.
