My sessions are tailored to your needs and I use life coaching and EFT methods in combination or on their own depending on what will make the biggest difference to you in that moment. EFT is my most powerful tool as it typically puts us on the fast-track to see results you didn’t even think were within reach before.

I have a number of ways in which I can help you reach the clarity, confidence and fulfilled inner peace you desire. My programs start from EUR 1,850 depending on the results you`d like to achieve and the level of support you are looking for.

The Expat Re-Boot

My 3 month Expat Reboot program allows you to identify and release the challenges and stresses you are experiencing in your expat life right now. In addition to this, the program is focused on gaining clarity on what you want your expat experience to be like, how to get there and the resources you need to make it happen.

The core components of this 3-month program are:

  • 10 EFT Coaching sessions (90min each)

  • Accountability Check-Ins and Unlimited Email Support between sessions

  • 30min Follow-Up Call 1 month after program completion

In my highly supportive signature program, you will deep dive into working on the mindset and emotions that are keeping you feeling unfulfilled and lost abroad. We will do inner work on your goals, needs, as well as stressors, blocks and challenges standing in your way. You will identify and release your blocks and move into developing goals, strategies and creating your fulfilling expat experience with confidence and ease.

The core components of this signature 6-month program are:

  • 14 EFT Coaching Sessions (90min each)

  • Getting Started Deep Dive Session (2 hrs)

  • Inner Blocks & Limiting Beliefs Deep Dive (2 hrs)

  • Goals & Strategy Deep Dive (2 hrs)
